- Submit a ticket via the customer help centre portal, or email support@bidscript.co.uk
- Include:
- A brief description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce (if possible)
- Screenshots or screen recordings (very helpful!)
Response Time:
We’ll acknowledge your report within 1 business day and keep you updated on progress.
Critical issues get escalated immediately to our engineering team.
